(Phase 1)

At the heart of the Salish Quay is are eight state of the art boatsheds and and 250 feet of premium uncovered slips. Sheds available include: four 80 foot sheds, one 90 foot shed, one 95 foot shed, one 100’ shed and a flagship 130’ shed. In addition to the sheds and uncovered slips available for lease, the facility offers a 75 foot dingy dock for public access when visiting the restaurant at Salish Quay.

Part of the Nanaimo Seawall Gentrification Project

Seawall and Seating Area
(Phase 1)

The project will be an important piece of connected the Seawall from Mafeo Sutton Part to The Village at Stlilup, constructing an 18 foot wide seawall, proudly representing Snuneymuxw artwork. 

Over Water Restaurant (Phase 2)

Phase 2 will be defined by the construction of a 4,500 square foot restaurant with 3,700 sqft patio suspended over channel waters accessed from the Seawall.

There will be a maximum of four potential units in the block building:
